Had 4 total interviews, 1 with HR and 3 virtual interviews with different IT staff that took about 3 1/2 weeks. On all 4 interviews, GSF personnel were several minutes late. After each interview, the HR person sent an email saying 'I heard great things from the interviewer'. She then sent another invite for another interview with a different person. The 4th interview was with the most senior of the IT personnel who was totally unprepared. Also, his message about the interview process was so much different than what was relayed to me by the other interviewers. They ghosted me after the 4th interview. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They expect candidates to give up their time to interview with them and the time the candidate spent preparing for the interview, YET they showed no decency to tell the candidate 'thanks for your time, unfortunately, we offered the job to someone else'.
