You have to fill in an online form; then there is a Hirevue video interview; last round is a Superday (either 1:1 or 2:1 interviews) with various employees of the bank.
First stage is the application submission followed by online webcam interview in stage two and finally 3 interviews with two current employees each if successful in the previous stages. Prepare for detailed questions about your CV and the company.

Was then invited to an in-person interview (pre covid) where I was also mainly asked behavioral and moral-based questions. Pretty nice interviewers, but I got the vibe that they were trying to intimidate me at some points
