Superday was a nice experience. I was expecting to find more technical questions but only had situational ones. Why GS? Why Operations? Why the office I selected? Situational questions included: tell me about a time where you failed, tell me about a time where you lead a team, tell me about a time where you had to resolve a conflict.

The process begins with a one-way video interview, where you record your responses to a set of pre-prepared questions. If you progress to the Superday stage, it then consists of three separate online video interviews, each focusing on different areas such as your motivation, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and overall fit for the role.

The whole process was very smooth. It was my first interview experience as a college student and the interviewers were very friendly. There were two rounds of interviews for our campus recruitment program.
