I got the interview through a job fair. The interview was mostly behavioural questions. The operations team is looking mostly for fit. You need to tell stories of how good a team player you were.

Generally they hire off of “super days” which is a bunch of different interviewers and teams in short 20 minutes windows. They usually ask a few structured questions and then some getting to know you and baseline questions.

In the interview round I was asked current affairs, subject related questions, situational questions were asked. First questions asked mainly focused on my communication skills and they also asked questions which were difficult to answer inorder to check our behavior when we are faced with a difficult situation.
