The interview process was very casual and laid back. We met over coffee and discussed prior experiences from my resume. The interviewer stuck to items on my resume. Additionally, I was asked how I'd handle certain difficult classroom situations. I was promised a return call within 10 days and got the acceptance call at the end of the 10th day.
