Interviewed with the GSM (General Sales Manager). It was pretty easy. Just talked with him about work experience and what the position would entail. Later was offered the job.

Frank was great and the interview process felt like talking to an old friend. Very down to earth dude and is genuinely curious to learn about who you are as a person.
If you present yourself as a knowledgeable golfer you will be hired. You will interview with management and they will make a decision within the next few days. There is not much to worry about when is a good time too apply as the turnover is high as typically for retail.
