I was approached by a head hunter for this position. I stated that I'm not in an active search process.
The first stage was an interview with an R&D manager.
He said that the second step would be a system design interview. I prepared for this stage for a few days since this was my first interview after a pretty long break.
The second interview was actually a more "coding" interview with emphasis on Java with I did not touch for a year and a half.

The interview process was professional and organized. It included a technical assessment and several rounds of discussions. Communication was consistent throughout, providing a clear understanding of the role and the company expectations.

There's at least 3 phases, Introduction, a "get to know you" interview, and take home test. The initial talks and conversations were good. However I was ghosted after submitting the take home assignment. I reckon that kind of attitude is present in their culture.
