Interviewing with Gong was an overall wonderful experience! The process began with a 30min phone screen with my recruiter, Amanda E. From our first call, Amanda has been so thorough, helpful, responsive and supportive! She made such a strong first impression into the supportive & team-centric culture Gong has; which , made me even that more excited to continue on it the interview process!! The next step was a call with my hiring manager, followed by a mock discovery call, and finally 2 additional leadership interviews! The process took about 3 weeks. It is clear that Gong is very selective in who they're bringing on board, which I think is admirable & confirms their focus on maintaining a strong company culture!
