I had the pleasure of working with a stellar recruiting team during my interviewing process with Gong. Never in my life have I experienced the level of amazingness from a recruiting partner as I did at Gong. 12/10 rating from me hands down! I'm so happy to report that I accepted the offer presented to me by Gong and will be joining end of May. The recruitment team was a big part of this decision. Let me tell you why: They immediately made me feel like a partner in the interviewing journey. They prepared me for each round of interviews with who I was speaking with, and provided context for me to think about for each conversation. They always checked in to make sure I was good and if I had any questions, and when I did have questions he would always get back to me with an answer. They matched my pace of interviewing as I had a bit of a tight window, which I can't imagine that was easy to do at the end of quarter, wrangling everyone. They went to bat for me when it came time to put together an offer and blew it out of the park for me and I cannot be more grateful for that. I was also concurrently being recruited by another pretty awesome company and had an overall great experience, but in comparison with what I experienced with Gong recruiters and the greater Enablement team, it did not compare to the level of effort and experience I have had with Gong. If my direct recruiter is the the representation of the culture of Gong, you all are doing something really right and finding some great people!
