      Colloquio

      Initial call with a TA recruiter. During the entire 30-minute conversation, the call was monopolized with their own questions and didn't allow me to ask any of my own. Questions raised concerns: Questions posed clearly provided by a hiring manager, which focused on understanding processes and procedures at my current company. This appeared suspicious, Gong seemed to be seeking insider information into other companies PreSales process over actually hiring an experienced professional for the role. TA was disinterested in my experience and seemed solely concerned with my day-to-day activities. It felt like Gong was looking for an entry-level candidate. When I inquired about the interview process, salary, hiring timeline, and other essential details, she became defensive and abruptly ended the call, claiming she had another call to attend to. I was informed of a salary range between $110,000-$140,000 base salary, with a 10% company-wide performance bonus unrelated to individual KPIs. This offer significantly undervalues market standards. I would confirm other reviews on Gong here on Glassdoor. The company seems like unorganized.
