Met with a recruiter first, before meeting an AD and finally the owner as it was a smaller agency. Overall, it was professional but the process proved unproductive as after three rounds of interview, i was advised an offer would be sent only for the entire position to be pulled. I did not hear back directly from the agency, only through the recruiter.
