Leading up to the interview was quite a pain, the hiring manager wouldn't make up his mind if they really wanted to schedule a time for the interview and was going back and forth with the recruiter and myself for a few weeks. When the interview happened I felt it went pretty well. However I when I got the feedback on my case studies I called it quits with this manager. Feedback on your work is normally great, helps refine the project and gives you new perspectives. How this hiring manager went to great lengths to, not give feedback, but treat the work as less than worthy of their time. They then tried to negotiate my salary down. I'd recommend avoiding the design team here.
