The recruiting process for this company is awful. I read the reviews before my interview and figured I'd see for myself, but my "interview" basically confirmed everything I read. It was so bad, I don't know how they're able to recruit anyone for their roles at all. I was invited to schedule a call with the recruiter after I applied online. The recruiter was late to the call and didn't call me until I emailed to check. Upon hopping on, she didn't mention anything about being late. That was the first red flag. It literally takes 10 seconds to say "sorry, I was running late". She also started talking to me about a role I didn't apply to so the whole thing was just confusing. She didn't seem prepared or know much about the role. Her disinterest was also astounding. I was so shocked that I didn't know what to say. I followed up asking about the mix up and listed the actual role(s) I applied for and no response. After that I said I politely followed up saying I was no longer interested and moving forward with another company. Not expecting a response there either. Completely unprofessional.
