Very charming initial screening which mentions some cross role work at front desk. The pay level mentioned was below average but many other aspects sounded great.
However it turned out they literally are not going to hire a front desk/client services rep. No receptionist. They expect the support staff to each take a rotating shift in this role.
If you are not willing to hire a receptionist person and devalue that role you aren’t going to be valued and paid well as a licensed tech either.
