One of the worst Recruiting process I have ever come across. These guys are in the market just to steal ideas and implement them later. I would urge everyone to never accept even an interview call from this company. Post my first round which went really well as per the comments I had received, they asked me to make an assignment, despite knowing that I have more than 2 years of relevant worked. The assignment given was quite extensive and I had given them loads of good ideas which I am sure they would steal and implement. Post submission of my assignment, I didn't receive any feedback for next 15 days. When I enquired, they sent a mail to me stating that I am not shortlisted. They didn't even give a chance to discuss my assignment.
