I had an interview at the headoffice. Interviewer made a remark she didn't know I wasn't danish even though it was in my CV. So clearly she didn't look so close. Interview was mainly her talking about the company and her following a script of what she had to say in terms of benefits etc. After interview I never heard back despite follow up emails. Very unprofessional and disappointing process - if you meet in person you follow up and say no, especially after receiving emails asking for status - that is just common sense.
