Was referred through a recruiter. Before having a phone interview, I was asked to fill out an extensive application and to take a personality test (DISC) and an aptitude test (Wonderlic). During the phone interview, the inside recruiter seemed to be reading right from a list of "Most common corporate interview questions". It was not conversational at all and each answer was met with "That's great, thanks." and then on to the next question. When the company decided to pass, I was given the feedback that I had not provided tangible examples of team building - which is ironic given that no question was asked related how I manage and build teams (even though I did discuss how I dealt with a difficult employee and a teams transition to Agile, which seem relevant even though part of an answer to a different question).
