The process started off well with emails to set up time to talk. I was asked to do an application and 2 personality type tests. Based on what I had heard about the company and how great it is to work for I was expecting a much more personable interview. It was one of the most uncomfortable conversations I have ever had in a work/interview situation. There appeared to be no interest in actually getting to know me. It felt like the recruiter was annoyed to have to even have the interview.

The interview was very scripted and cold. There seemed to be no interest in actually getting to know me. It was not conversational at all.
