Goodway Group provided one of the best interview experiences I've ever had! My recruiter was an absolute rockstar. The recruiter and hiring team spend a lot of time telling you about the company culture and letting you ask questions. I had a recruiter call, interview with hiring manager, and interview with two other team members. It took them a couple weeks to make a decision, but that just shows they are careful about who they bring on because treating employees well is so important to them. Even though I was not selected for the role, Goodway Group seems like an amazing company who is doing it right.
