Recruiter contacted me and asked about my ability to perform the job. "What does customer service mean to you?" Very easy phone call. Next step is store tour where you are shown various areas of store operations. The process has changed: when I was hired in September I was sent home to start another day, now you start working same day as the tour so make sure you eat/are ready to work.

lengthy interview process just for a cashier position. first a phone screening then 2 in person interviews with different store managers. just the general interview questions with some math questions thrown in. my location took forever to see me even though i arrived 10 minutes early
