Met with both the CEO and the Senior leadership group. The agency and hiring staff were very welcoming. Interview consisted of them sharing information about the organization and appropriate applicant questions. There was lots of concern regarding personality type and wanting the applicant to be the right kind of person to compliment the rest of the leadership team. I did not get the position due to their perception that I was not that right type. I was disappointed that after two long distance trips for an interview and being available for a day long interview process, the CEO did not have the courtesy to call me to inform that I did not have the position BEFORE re-posting the job in the local newspaper. In other words, I found out that I did not get the position by opening the Sunday newspaper.
