Went well. There was conversation along with the interview questions which made it friendly and helped with nerves. Was told conversation told a lot more about a person than just answering questions.

They wanted to know about me (career) and wanted to know what my strengths and weaknesses are. As well, how I would consider that I am qualified for the job.

Easy and straight to the point. The manager has about five questions that related to my availability, when can I start. After that she asked me the typical questions, can I carry 20lb and what is the earliest I can start a shift.
