The easiest interview i have ever done. all questions very straightforward. The interviewer was very laid back, and even jocked around about his baldness. It took less than 30 minutes. oh and the day they called they wanted me to come in within 2 hours. They will ask the question " What else do you know about our company besides our retail store" so make sure you read up on the HELP program and the others that they offer. They do random drug checks and background checks.

Very easy, they mostly are just curious on your availability and why pick Goodwill and occasionally ask what your strongest skill is. On top of that they are very friendly and it feels a lot like a conversation other than a stern interview.

1st round is a group interview with other interviewees and 2nd is one-on-one. You have to make sure you arrive at the Hiring Center before 9 with your application printed out.
