Fairly straightforward interview. A manager met with me, asked basic questions about what I know about the company, why I want to work there, and experiences relevant to the position at hand.

What do you know about Goodwill as a company and what we do?
In person quick and friendly. Application submitted and call back was quick. Asked about history and qualifications hired quick. The job was amazing and they are easy to work for
asked my about my previous job experience, my characteristics, why i wanted the job, which shifts i was available for, etc. very basic interview questions, i didn’t prepare at all and still did fine!
