Very straight forward, asked why I wanted the position, if I understood my responsibilities and if I could work well with others. Goodwill is a very HANDS ON job, your team decides on the merchandise that the store will sell, how you present it to the public and how you price it.

It was a very easy going environment as the interview was done online, it last around 20 to 25 minutes with very basic questions. I think the more important portion of the process is going in for the drug testing and filling out paperwork once you've been offered the job.
