Was held with the recruiter I talked to initially and another member from Goodyear. Were very nice, was asked 6 STAR style questions. One of the questions I was luckily able to answer after I failed to the first, they even rephrased the question to try and help me.

The interview process was with three employees from different departments. Each had their own style and was intimidating at first, but then the interview became lax when it got to telling stories to answer the questions.

I talked to them at a job fair and left my resume. They called me immediately after and we setup an on campus interview. The interview was full of really hard, behavioral questions. They were basically trying to see how you react in situations and how you can back them up using previous experiences.
