application of the Goodyear website (no direct CV submission due to GDPR), CV selection process by HR based on capabilities and work history versus job requirements, line manager assessment of CV, line manager to build a sample of CV for future interviews. Interview with (A) HR, (B) line manage and equivalent person in the role, (C) interview with director in the department. Stakeholders for that position could be requested to interview the final 2 or 3 selected candidate when the role was frequent exposure to stakeholders.

Phone interview then followed up with multiple panel interviews on site. There was a fairly large gap of time from the phone interview to the on-site interview. Panel interview was with 2-3 managers each time and it would rotate to another room with 2-3 managers 3x throughout the day.
