Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Google (Sunnyvale, CA) nel mese di lug 2016
Colloquio
I was recruited via LinkedIn for a Technical Recruiter (FTE) position onsite in Sunnyvale. 1st step was an initial "phone-screen" with the recruiter which was very informal, getting to know me and what my current position entails.
I was notified 2 days later that I would be moving to on-site interviews.
The onsite interview was pretty difficult. I met with 6 different interviewers- it was 4 hours long. The interviews highly emphasized questions surrounding leadership ability and how you can impact higher level people- I would highly recommend being prepared to answer these types of questions.
I then received an email about a week later asking to chat with the recruiter for a status update- I was notified that they would be moving forward with other more qualified candidates.

Tell me about a time where you had to utilize your leadership skills to solve a work related problem.
You are in charge of creating a training and development program at Google... How would you set this up? What would you create? How would you evaluate if your program was successful?

Too many interviews. I declined to continue. If you can’t decide after multiple interviews you have a broken process. I was interviewing for a recruiter role and I didn’t want my candidates to be out in the same position.
Not shortlisted for next rounds but they informed me via email within a week which is good. Hopefully will get a chance next time round. Good experience overall. Applied for multiple roles.

Hey there are some great articles out there on the internet for cracking Google interviews. Please do go through this as they're really helpful.
You will mostly have 3-4 sometimes 5 rounds of interviews and all of them will test a combination of skills that you've mentioned in the post above.
