Phone interview with HR department. They are interested in your teck background more than your actual accounting skills. You really have to be somewhat knowleagble in the IT industry. They said they will contact me for another interview with their finance department.

I went through a phone screen and four formal rounds, interviewing with the hiring manager as well as several cross-functional stakeholders. On the technical side, the accounting questions were pretty manageable. However, the leadership questions felt a bit tricky, and it wasn't entirely clear what specific experiences the interviewer was looking for. I ended up receiving an offer, but because they downleveled the position, I decided to decline

Was similar to other interviews I've had with other organizations. Standard tell me about yourself, which lead to questions about my background. Interviews were scheduled timely and I heard back quickly after the process
