I had two round back to back interviews. The interviewers focus on tpm experience and behavior questions. The recruiter requires 2-3 weeks for them to give feedback. I'm still waiting for their hiring decision.

The interview questions mainly focused on resume-based discussion (especially experiences relevant to the TPM role), scenario/case questions (e.g., how you would handle a specific situation in a project, or how you would approach a given problem), behavioral questions, and a few high-level technical questions. At the end of the interview, there was time for questions. Since project descriptions were provided in advance, preparing targeted questions about the project and team was helpful and led to positive interactions.
