Was referred to by another Googler. Upon sending resume, received a call from Recruiter within 3 days. The call was general, and it was more about going through my resume. Recruiter was extremely helpful, and explained the entire process. Within 2 days, they scheduled me in for a onsite face-to-face interview.
The meeting was set up to be comfortable, and the questions that was directed felt very relevant to my experience (the interviewer had a good look at my resume before walking in as opposed to some companies where it would be the first time they look at your resume). Lasted for about 35 minutes. General market sizing type of questions + articulating previous exp.
Followed by 2 more other onsite face-to-face, which got alot more comfortable each round (familiarity increased?). Lastly, recruiter scheduled a video-call and I was a tad nervous as I have always found video conferences a little awkward especially when the connectivity isn't great. However this went alright, with general questions about fit etc nothing specific to technical experience or knowledge.

Organised , 2-3 rounds , more about media experience and more follow-up questions … last few minutes for questions to hiring manager … confident answer in STAR method is best way to proceed
They have a very well-structured hiring process and scheduling interviews was incredibly easy and convenient. The recruiter was super friendly throughout our entire interaction, and they thoughtfully provided post-interview feedback to me, which I greatly appreciated receiving.
