Communication through a recruiter who responded very fast. The interview process consists of multiple stages. The first stages has 4 quizes with basic questions in Maths, Statistics, Machine Learning, and Computer Science. Thereafter, there are 2-5 interviews with Research Scientists where it's more a discussion about how to solve a question rather than an interview
