I went through a recruiting company so your mileage may vary. First interview was with someone from corporate over the phone. Typical interview questions, nothing crazy. After that I was invited for an on site interview at the newer location. I had an itenarary with about 4 different people to interview with. Most were easy and again your typical behavioral questions. They do like to delve into your past a little so brush up on some of your earlier postions. One thing to realize is this is not a fun job! You will be wearing a mask anytime you are inside of the plant. They recycle lead batteries. If you have never worn a mask for an extended period of time I suggest you see if you can borrow one from a surplus store or a friend. After you wear it put on a coat and go outside in 100 degree heat for 12 hours. If that makes you uncomfortable, then don't waste your time or the companies because this job is not for you. If your prior military like me then think of MOPP level 4.
