Started by emailing my resume then got a call to ask for an interview. It was over google meet and was Very relaxed. It was more of a conversation where you talk about your experience and a little bit about yourself.

Pretty easy, we talked about availability, previous jobs and how they would help with the transition to this job. I was a casual at the time and spoke about availability. Also willingness to travel. Pretty easy, didn’t delve into much depth about me as a person more about the job and what it would entail.
group interview then trial shift. fun experience and showed the dynamic of the role, as well as being able to engage with your possible future colleagues. trial shift was easy if you have already worked in retail
