Emphasize your interest in sustainability for public sector projects and it will be a big plus. You will be a CAD monkey so don't expect anything glamorous. Having said that, if you're looking for a "business" as opposed to a more "design" oriented firm, then this is the place for you. They are all about making money and do not emphasize any design-work at all. Put in your 40 hours for the week and you are good. Rarely do you work more than that and you are not expected to work more than that either. Not necessarily a good or bad thing, but just know what you are getting into when you join.
