The whole process was pleasant. I was initially contacted by Emily from HR, who asked about my background and told me about the company. Emily continued to be a great source of information throughout the entire process and is amazing at her job. I then spoke to Jenn who is the chief Ag officer. She has had an awesome career (read her bio on the GG website). She talked to me some more about my background with more specific questions relating to my growing experience. I was then invited to visit the Chicago greenhouses and was able to meet the growing team and have a tour. I was very impressed. Everyone was very honest with me during the interview and did not try to sugar coat. Although I did not accept their offer, I think this is a wonderful company.
