The interview process was really dragged on; not sure if they wanted another candidate and then couldn't get them, but I would hear nothing from them for a long time and then be asked to do the next stage interview the next day. Not to mention they were always late for the meetings (by a lot).

One interview by phone, and then one face-to-face with an exercise to fill prior. The exercise gives a good idea of the day-to-day tasks. The interviewers were friendly and they also explained well the next steps afterwards.
