The experience with GovPilot was horrible. I applied for the position of Business Analyst in Nov 2020. I received a call from the HR and cleared the first round. The second round was with two people, I cleared that as well since I got an email to schedule the third interview. And since then, I haven't heard back from them. I emailed the HR, hiring managers a number of times. A highly mismanaged company with no regards to candidates time and effort in the entire application and interview process. I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply here. Don't waste your time.

A few months ago I did a phone screen and two Zoom interviews and was then offered the job. I was so excited and accepted right away! I did a background check and provided references-all of which I was told cleared. I have no criminal history and strong work history. THEN, I never heard from them again!! I contacted the owner and SVP and they never responded to me!!! Incredibly unprofessional!!! Left a very bad taste in my mouth. If you have job don't waste your time here.
