First stage was with an internal recruiter describing the role. The second stage was a technical interview with two engineers. The interview was smooth and both interviewers were polite and professional. I didn’t have any negative experience at this stage. What left me bitter is that I was ghosted for almost two weeks after the first stage. I had to chase twice only to get eventually a meaningless feedback “we decided to move forward with a different candidate”. I appreciate people are busy but this is mutual. When I invest 2-3 hours to interview for a company, I would at least expect someone to spend 5 minutes to draft a decent feedback, even if it is informal.
