I was very impressed with Grace Baking and their parent company Maple Leaf. The interview process was grueling, but as an HR person I could definitely appreciate what they were trying to accomplish. They wanted to find the best possible person for the position. I was very impressed with how much they talked about their corporate values. In every interview, we talked about the values. It was obvious that people believed in the values and tried to live them.
