Very friendly and to the point. Did not ask very many questions, but was a very informative interview. The conversation felt very natural and easy and I learned a lot about their company.

The interview was face to face with the department supervisor. The questions are mainly to see if you would be a good fit within the department (inpatient). Are you able to work in a fast paced environment? How do you deal with angry parents/children? I was told I would have an answer by the end of the month. The time between interview and decision varies depending on how busy it is.
