Probably the most unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced. The recruiter (who was lovely) reached out to me to complete an assessment. I sent it back to her and she set up a call with me to discuss my skill set. That call went very well and I felt good about this role and the company as a whole. The recruiter then set up a one on one virtual meeting with someone in the company. I get prepared the day of my interview and block off time on my schedule from my current position. I sit there for a good 15/20 mins and the recruiter comes on the screen and tells me that the person I am supposed to have an interview with is double booked and she will reach back out to set something else up. No problem, these things happen! This was a month ago and I never heard anything back. Honestly, if this is how they treat their employees or potential employees, then I dodged a bullet. I would avoid this unprofessional company at all cost.

The team has a strong DOD background, very technical and full stack experienced with real world scenarios. They spent a lot of time on the phone with me. Sent me to some technical whitepaper websites and asked me questions in the form of scenarios.
