The hiring process takes 2 months or more. The initial interview took about two weeks to schedule. Then I had to push for a panel interview that was scheduled another two weeks out. Then I waited 2 weeks. Then I was told the decision would be made in another 2 weeks. I doubt they’ll ever hire anyone for this particular role. It seems to be their last priority and candidates will realize this. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like it…and I’ve been in HR/Recruitment for 10 years. It’s completely irresponsible and unprofessional to treat candidates this way.
