Talked with HR a few times over the phone, then hiring manager, then came on-site (twice) at about 4 hours a pop. Interviewed with about 9 people in total, ranging from people I'd manage (which I thought was a very nice part of the interview) to VP's I'd report up to.

A friend referred me for the job and submitted my application through the employee referral system. A recruiter called me and we talked for 45 minutes. I had an interview with 3 people via Zoom. They informed me I was no longer in contention for the position within a week of the interview.
