Very very slow and unprofessional. I was told that the entire process was going to take 10-14 days. It took more than 2 months - and I never heard back a final decision - so people who have plans for their lives don't expect a smooth hiring process with Grainger.
The recruiter was extremely non-responsive throughout the process. I didnt even get a formal rejection note. Just never heard back even though I sent a couple of follow up emails.
I doubt anyone would want to work for a company who treats the candidates like this right off the bat before they are even hired. Have some respect for others' time and communicate your decisions in a timely and professional fashion.

I was told that the entire process (2 phone interviews and an 3 onsite ones) was going to take maximum 2 weeks. It took 2+ months and I never heard back. The recruiter was not responsive at all even though I sent a couple of follow ups. Complete absence of communication from their side.
The managers I interviewed with asked me to email them any other questions I had about the job, team, company, etc. I did and never received any response.
Not sure if an employer that treats its candidates this way right of the bat is the best option to work for.

Be prepared for lots of radio silence.
The process seemed unorganized right off the bat with lots of last minute material scheduling changes on their end.
In total, I had 2 phone conversations and a video interview over the span of 10 weeks. I spent 2 hours video interviewing with 3 mid-level employees and didn't hear back for a month. 1 of the interviewers wasn't prepared at all and came off as uninterested and forced to participate. Finally, I emailed to follow up and was told they offered the role to someone else. I probably would have never heard back unless I reached out.
In my opinion, their behavior came off as unprofessional considering the amount of time I had invested in the entire process and reflected poorly on their recruiting process.
