Colloquio
Interview starts off 1 on 1 with a senior. The conversation is almost useless, not many if any questions. You are placed at a PC asked to solve a problem on the spot. No actual framework or testing method prepared. You just open Visual (iirc) and you are asked to write some classes and do some basic operations. The interviewer(!!) didn't know the difference between Programming Language and Paradigm.
