The interview process was 3 days. I apply on Wednesday the 22nd of June on Craigslist and then I got an email on Thursday to come to interview on Friday. When I got their the manager introduce me to the chef, he took my resume and ask me for my availability. The chef told me that he will call me to come do a trial. The chef call me in 2 days later and I did a 6 hours and 30 minutes trial, but when he call me and I ask him is this trail a pay trial which he didn't know yet and tell me to ask him on the day of the trial which I found out the trial was not a paid trial. I did a whole 6 hours and 30 minutes trial with no break to go to eat and If I didn't ask the chef when my trial will be over, I think he would have still kept me their longer until he told me to stay till 2:30pm for him which I did. NOTE: I felt like I was being use because they made me do a long trial with no breaks and no paid trial and I was very upset about the feeling.
