Easy, a HR interview, then a zoom interview with the person who would be my manager. Had the call to schedule zoom interview Monday, had the interview Tuesday, and was hired via email 10 min after it was finished.

Honestly, so sad and frustrating. I had a phone interview with the manager, and he pretty much offered me the job but just wanted me to meet his boss. He scheduled a virtual interview the next morning. As I was done getting ready, he gives me a call that the position was filled. Who even does that? Don't promise someone a job if that's not what's going to happen.
