I arrived 5 minutes early for my interview. 5 minutes after my interview was to begin, I received a phone call asking why I was not there yet. When I explained I was already there, I was given an apology for the wait then met by one of the management team who told me the hiring manager was busy and would join me in 10 minutes. I waited another 40 minutes until the hiring manager arrived. When she walked in, she was completely unprepared. Did not have my resume, could not find my application and did not have many interview questions ready. Off the bat she complained about the complacency of a lot of her staff. Red flag. Other than that the interview went fine. I already knew I would not take the position just from this but It could be a good place to work, it's hard to judge based off one not-so-good interview.
