After submitting resume/cover letter online, there's a brief phone screening, two online examinations, a video interview, and an in-person interview. It seems lengthy but, the phone screening is just providing information for the longer part of the process. One examination is for general workplace scenarios and what one might do in the situations. The other is a cognitive assessment. Both are timed and occur within the same testing session.
